Chords is a permutation engine for modelling extended tonal harmony. It ‘knows’ how a chord is built, and also modified/extended and provides all possible permutations of quartic harmony from there. As well as this, it displays a metric of ‘space’, the ‘compactness’ (or not) of the chord. It’s rather good for Jazz voicings.
